Shift Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain service quality, supervise team members, and deliver an excellent customer experience while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.
• Supervise, train, and motivate crew members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle cash, billing, and shift closing activities.
• Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the QSR/F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, cash handling, inventory management, and food safety standards.
