Your Role: The Mitra Manager
As our Store Manager, you are the heart of our daily operations. You lead with a hands-on mentality and ensure that our Cyber-Nature oasis remains a safe, clean, and high-quality environment for every family.
Your Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Guiding a shift team of approx. 5 members with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and the quality of the visitor experience.
- Guest Operations: Managing customer check-ins and payments at the front desk.
- Hospitality & Retail: Overseeing our Snack Bar and providing expert advice and sales of our curated premium play equipment.
- Problem Solver: Acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries and managing the unpredictable with ease.

- Location: KHB Colony, Basaveshwaranagar, 560079 Bangalore.
- Project Launch: July 2026
- Expected Joining: Mid-June / July 2026
- Work Days: 6 days a week (Mon-Sun, one rolling day off).
- Work Hours: 14:00h – 21:00h.
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience and mindset) + Performance Incentives.
