Job Type : Permanent / Full Time

Interview : Virtual rounds

Qualification – Diploma and B.Tech – Mechanical

Responsibilities:

1. Operation management : Supervise all beneficiation plant activities, ensuring smooth operations, timely start-ups/shut downs, and achieving output targets.

2. Process Control: Monitor and adjust critical parameters (temperature, pressure, density, slurry flow) to maintain optimal performance and product quality.

3. Safety & Compliance: Sound knowledge on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols( LOTO, PTW, Inspections)

4. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate plant operators, delegate tasks, and manage shift manpower effectively.

5. Troubleshooting: Identify operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions, coordinating with maintenance teams.

6. Coordination: quality control, and logistics for seamless raw material supply and product handling.( For DRY MRP RMHS operation)

7. Reporting: Maintain accurate shift logs, performance reports, and detailed handover notes for the next shift.

8. Experience: Proven experience in iron ore or mineral beneficiation processes will be better.
