Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Incharge, located in Kheda. The role includes overseeing daily operational activities and workforce management during assigned shifts to ensure smooth production processes. Responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring productivity targets are met, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, addressing on-site challenges, and coordinating with other departments. The Shift Incharge is also expected to prepare shift reports and follow established processes to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
• Knowledge of production operations, quality control, and safety protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation
• Technical knowledge of production machinery or relevant industry equipment is an advantage
• Graduation in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
