- Experience in CNC, VMC, HMC, SPM, Grinding, and Nib Milling machines.
- Knowledge of machine setting, programming, and offset changes.
- Manpower handling and shift management skills.
- Understanding of 5S, troubleshooting, and quality systems.
- Ability to monitor production, maintain quality standards, and achieve shift targets.
