Job Description
KRA Accountabilities
Equipment Maintenance & Overhaul
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, major overhauls, and repairs of engines, transmissions, hydraulic pumps, and other key components.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance jobs as per OEM standards.
Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting
- Identify, analyze, and rectify faults in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Minimize machine downtime through accurate fault detection and quick resolution.
Hydraulic & Vehicle System Management
- Conduct inspection, testing, and calibration of hydraulic circuits and vehicle systems.
- Maintain system performance parameters and ensure safe, leak-free operations.
Quality & Safety Compliance
- Adhere to standard maintenance procedures, safety norms, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate service and inspection records for audits and reporting.
Team Support & Technical Guidance
- Support Maintenace team and operators in understanding system faults and preventive maintenance.
- Cross functional Coordination for effective workflow and resource utilization.
Maintenance Execution
- Carry out and supervise routine and corrective maintenance activities on field equipment, Mis Prepration, Maintenance record,shift report.
Resource Management
- Utilize tools, manpower, and spares efficiently to meet targets. Knowladge of SAP,MS office.
