Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pehowa for a Shift Incharge (ETP & CBG). The Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant. Core responsibilities include supervising plant processes, ensuring compliance with environmental safety standards, troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining operational logs, coordinating with the operations team, and ensuring that machinery and equipment function at optimal levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant operations
• Strong understanding of environmental safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical and operational concerns
• Basic knowledge of process optimization and plant efficiency improvement
• Effective leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate operational logs and reports
• Ability to work on-site and oversee shift operations

Experience: Minimum 34 years

Qualification: Graduate / B.Tech / Diploma in Science or Environmental field
