Role & responsibilities :
The Shift Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end operations during a designated shift to ensure production, quality, and safety targets are met efficiently in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role involves team supervision, process monitoring, and coordination with cross-functional departments.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations during the shift, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor key operational parameters such as output, quality, downtime, and resource utilization.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality protocols.
- Execute the distribution plan in line with business requirements.
- Allocate tasks and provide direction to operators and support staff.
- Report and escalate operational issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate shift reports, logs, and records (e.g., production reports, incident reports).
- Conduct shift handover meetings and ensure continuity of operations.
- Collaborate with 3PL teams for smooth functioning.
