*Conducts regular departmental staff meetings to ensure an effective two-way communication process is followed.
*Co-ordinates with the concerned department HOD to periodically review the equipment condition to check its efficiency and if a replacement is required.
*Walks through all areas regularly to note and immediately rectify operational flaws if any.
*Implements the process of Preventive Maintenance for guest rooms, engineering equipments and systems.
*Assists the Deputy Chief Engineer in maintaining the required documentation for routine inspection of equipments and legal compliances.
*Assists the Deputy Chief Engineer in preparing monthly reports - Earth Check, Legatrix, KPI, Cess report, 30 days report, Utility report, Sustainabilty report.
*Ensures crisis management teams are aware of the protocol to be followed while responding to emergencies.
*Assists the Projects Team in completion of planned projects of the hotel.
*Reviews guest feedback on TrustYou (Guest Email Feedback System) and on Social Media Platforms and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken.
*Attends to breakdowns of equipments and incorporates guest / staff requirements during product upgradation/ renovation.
*Addresses the customer complaint stratification periodically to identify areas of improvement and implement changes in product or processes.
