Shift Engineer

Job Overview-

-Wearelooking for an experienced Shift Engineer (HVAC) to manage and supervise HVAC operations under the AMC project. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and efficient performance of HVAC systems while maintaining safety and service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities-

- Manage daily HVAC operations and ensure uninterrupted system performance. Perform and supervise preventive & breakdown maintenance activities. Monitor HVAC equipment including AHU, Chillers, FCU, Pumps, and related systems.

-Diagnose faults and coordinate troubleshooting activities for quick resolution. Maintain equipment efficiency and optimize system performance.

-Prepare and maintain daily maintenance reports, checklists, and service records.

-Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and client teams for effective maintenance operations. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures.

-Handle shift operations and emergency breakdown situations.
