- Responsible for smooth running of Coal mill
- Responsible for maintaining coal injection tank operation
- Ensuring safety of PCI personnel
- Responsible for adequate coal injection to BF
- Responsible for maintaining input parameters Compressed air & Nitrogen pressure
- Responsible for checking healthiness of PCI equipment in control room scalar
Critical Tasks
KRA's and Key Activities
- Key parameter observation and logging.
- Information to be given to shift in charge for any deviation in process parameters
- Visit to stock house to ensure cleanness of screen
- Achieving fineness of Fine Coal after grinding
- Coordination with maintenance personnel and service and ensuring smooth operation of PCI
- Ensuring safe operation of coal blending & coal shifting vehicles
- Responsible for Housekeeping in PCI
Decision making authority (Decisions expected)
- Taking Decisions as per SOP
Educational Background and Work Experience
Minimum Qualification – Diploma with 05 -10 years experience or BE with 03-05 years experience in control room operation and PCI Operation
