Shift Engineer -Central Utility Building

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of work permits; b) Inspect the area before issuing new permit & assign jobs to

operators; c) issue permits at the work spot; d) release work permits for ongoing jobs.

Support the shift superintendent in monitoring process parameters, troubleshooting & expediting

maintenance.

Chemicals inventory check - report to SS in advance and make arrangements for the shortfall.

Follow up with the Field executive and the maintenance executive to expedite maintenance

activities and safe HOTO of equipment.

Understanding basic unit operations like the distillation process, chilling system, thermal heating,

compression, and effluent treatment process.

Experience with chillers, Tray columns with re boilers, Vaporizer, and multistage gas

compression.

Experience in Managing batch preparation systems, de-ionized water and re-mineralized (Remin)

water generation .

Preferred Qualifications : B.E. in Chemical Engineering with 2 Years of Relevant work experience or Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 4 years of Relevant work experience .
