Shift Engineer

Equipment Maintenance: Organize preventive maintenance (PPM) for chillers (York Screw Compressor, Daikin McQuay), centrifugal pumps, air-handling units, fan coil units, cooling towers, air compressors, vacuum machines, boilers, laundry, and kitchen equipment.

Utility Management: Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, telephone networks, and water treatment/STP plants.

Energy & SOP Compliance: Monitor energy consumption of water, electricity, and gas; ensure all equipment operates according to SOPs.

Coordination: Work with external agencies such as Reliance Energy, BMC, MGL, MTNL, TATA Telecom, Schindler Lift, and Blue Star for regular service and maintenance.

PPM Scheduling & Reporting: Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules and energy conservation plans; maintain maintenance checklists for critical equipment.

Goal Orientation: Aim for zero downtime in all critical hospital equipment through proper monitoring and predictive maintenance.
