Job Description
We are currently looking to fill a Shell Plan Coordinator (4 positions)
JD for Shell Plan
1)Need to understand Architectural and Structural Drawings.
2)Drafting of Architectural drawing for residential purpose..
3)Preparing working drawing.
4)Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architectural Draughtsman.
5)Knowledge of Auto Cad & Revit compulsory.
6)Most IMP Experience in DRAFTING.
7) 2 to 4 years Experience.
8)Salary negotiable. (25K to 35K)
9)Knowledge of Formwork will be added advantage.
10)Able to communicate to clients in English (written and spoken)
11)Location: Mumbai
Please inform the candidates that there will be test which takes around 4 to 5 hours so they have to take out that much time and come. so we would prefer them to come on first half so by 3 they finish test.
JD for QS
1) Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering not necessary
2) Experience 2 to 3 years in taking out formwork quantity
3) Able to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
4) Prepare quantity sheet for the same
5) Salary: Approx. 25 to 30k per month (Negotiable)
6) Can read, write and speak English.
7) AUTOCAD IS A MUST
8) Location: Mumbai
Test is taken which take an hour time.
