Job Role: Sheet Metal Tool Design Engineer

Qualification: Diploma, BE in Mechanical (CAD, CAM)

Experience: 6 to 12 years

Job Locations: Hyderabad & Nagpur

Responsibilities:

- CATIA Software proficiency - 3D Modelling (Solid and Surface), 2D drafting for Tool Manufacturing drawings. AutoCAD software proficiency

- Candidate should have basic GD&T knowledge

- Sheet metal Tool Design - Hydraulic Press Tool/ Fluid cell forming Tools/Stretch wrap tools

- Candidate should have basic knowledge of fixturing/drill jig/check fixtures

-Adherence to timelines of tool Design & development.

-Adherence to first time right for Design documentation.

-Compliance for customer standards and Procedures

-Train manpower and develop multiskilling
