Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sheet Metal Design Engineer & Supervisor located in Hyderabad. The responsibilities of this role include designing and developing sheet metal components and products, supervising production processes, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards. The engineer will use computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating technical drawings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize product design and manufacturing processes. They will also oversee the implementation of projects from concept to production while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to timelines.

Salary : 3.5 - 4.5 LPA

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design
• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership
• Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing techniques and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Familiarity with quality control processes and safety standards is a plus
