Sharepoint Tech Lead Professional

AMK Group is seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable SharePoint Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the entire lifecycle of SharePoint solutions, from design and architecture to development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, providing essential technical expertise and driving the successful delivery of critical SharePoint projects that meet the organization's evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Leadership & Architecture:Lead the comprehensive design and architecture of SharePoint solutions, encompassing site collections, document libraries, lists, workflows, and custom applications.
• Develop technical specifications, detailed solution designs, and robust implementation plans for SharePoint projects, ensuring strict alignment with industry best practices and standards.
• Requirements & Collaboration:Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders to meticulously gather requirements, thoroughly analyze business processes, and define SharePoint solution designs that precisely address user needs and organizational goals.
• Development & Customization:Configure and customize SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts, leveraging a combination of out-of-the-box features, SharePoint Designer, and custom code as required.
• Develop bespoke SharePoint solutions utilizing SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and other relevant programming languages and tools.
• Technical Guidance & Quality:Provide expert technical leadership and continuous guidance to SharePoint development teams. This includes mentoring junior developers, conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure quality, and enforcing adherence to coding standards.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of SharePoint applications and underlying infrastructure to guarantee optimal performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Platform Evolution:Stay continuously updated on the latest SharePoint technologies, tools, and emerging trends.
• Proactively research and recommend innovative solutions to consistently enhance and modernize the organization's SharePoint environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven and extensive experience as a SharePoint Tech Lead or in a similar senior-level role.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and architecting complex SharePoint solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint configuration, customization, and development.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer and out-of-the-box features.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements effectively and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration abilities.
