We serve clients primarily in the Hospitality and Finance sectors across the USA, Dubai, Germany, Canada, and India.
This is a remote, unpaid 6-month internship position.
About the Role
We are looking for a SharePoint & Power Automate Intern to join our technology team and work on real-world Microsoft-based solutions and workflow automation.
The role will involve hands-on work with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate, including developing workflows, managing SharePoint components, automating repetitive processes, and supporting integrations across Microsoft 365 applications.
This is a technical, hands-on opportunity for candidates interested in Microsoft Power Platform, workflow automation, SharePoint development, and low-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain Power Automate flows for business and operational processes
- Create and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, pages, and permissions
- Build automated approval, notification, data-management, and document-management workflows
- Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 applications
- Configure and troubleshoot existing workflows and automation solutions
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive manual processes
- Work with project teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional automation solutions
- Test workflows, identify issues, and implement improvements
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, configurations, and solutions
- Collaborate with technical and project teams on Microsoft-based automation projects
Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
- Understanding of Power Automate triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, and connectors
- Understanding of SharePoint lists, libraries, sites, permissions, and data management
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
- Basic understanding of workflow automation and process logic
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn and work with new Microsoft technologies independently
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Power Apps
- Familiarity with Power Automate expressions and formulas
- Basic understanding of APIs, connectors, or integrations
- Experience working with Microsoft Forms, Teams, Outlook, or Excel automation
- Familiarity with JSON or basic scripting
- Previous experience building or managing automation workflows

- Students or recent graduates from Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical fields
- Candidates with prior projects, coursework, certifications, or practical experience in SharePoint or Power Automate
