Must-Have Skills
- SharePoint Online

- Migration experience to SharePoint Online and OneDrive
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills for:
- Pre-checks
- Inventory
- Reporting
- Post-cutover validation
- Proficiency in designing delta sync strategies
- Experience with wave planning, throttling mitigation, and bandwidth/load management
- User, permission, and sharing link mapping and remapping strategies
- Preservation of file versions and metadata during migration
- Experience managing migration jobs, runbooks, and scheduling
- Strong understanding of information architecture across SharePoint Online and OneDrive
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with parallel workload migrations such as Exchange and Teams
- Hands-on experience with Quest migration tooling for Microsoft 365 workloads, including:
