Job Title: Senior SharePoint Online Developer (Power Platform)

Work Model: Hybrid/Onsite/Remote (as applicable)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Online Developer with strong experience in modern SharePoint (M365) and hands-on expertise in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). In this role, you will design, build, and support secure, scalable intranet portals, business process solutions, and automation using SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Power Platform—while ensuring alignment with Microsoft 365 governance, performance, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Technical Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in SharePoint development, with strong focus on SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365.
• Strong development experience in SPFx, including TypeScript, React (preferred), HTML/CSS, and modern front-end practices.
• Experience with SharePoint customization: lists/libraries, content types, managed metadata, permissions, and modern site architecture.
• Solid Power Platform experience:
• Power Apps (Canvas; Model-driven is a plus)
• Power Automate (approvals, conditions, expressions, connectors)
• Power BI (data modeling, reports, DAX basics preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Graph / REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and governance in Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and client-side solutions.

Tools/Platforms

• Power Platform environment concepts: Solutions, Dataverse (nice-to-have), connectors, DLP policies awareness
• DevOps/ALM: Git, Azure DevOps / GitHub, CI/CD concepts
• Familiarity with PnP templates, CLI for Microsoft 365, or automation scripting (PowerShell) is a plus

Nice-to-Have / Preferred

• Experience with Dataverse, model-driven apps, and advanced Power Platform architecture
• Experience building solutions for Teams-integrated apps or SharePoint tabs
• Exposure to SharePoint migration tools/processes and modernization strategy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, retention labels, sensitivity labels, eDiscovery (awareness level)
• Microsoft certifications (preferred, not mandatory):
• PL-100 / PL-200 / PL-400
• MS-600 (or equivalent M365 development certification)
