Role: Sharepoint Migration Business Analyst

Job Description:
- 13 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in content or collaboration platform migrations (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Confluence).
- Exposure to enterprise-scale environments or consulting/managed services is a plus.
- Pre-Migration Activities: Inventory analysis of existing SharePoint sites and content. Assist in mapping content to target SharePoint structure.
- Migration Support: Execute migration tasks under guidance using approved tools. Validate migrated content and report discrepancies.
- Post-Migration Activities: Support user acceptance testing (UAT). Document issues and assist in remediation.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between business teams and technical migration team. Provide status updates and maintain migration trackers.
- Documentation: Document requirements, maintain migration trackers, etc.
