Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, architect, and implement Microsoft SharePoint and web-based solutions.
Plan and execute SharePoint migrations: SP 2010 → SP 2013 → SP 2016.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical SharePoint 2016 solutions.
Conduct architecture reviews and resolve complex technical issues.
Provide guidance and support for complex projects throughout the solution lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to quality processes and best practices in architectural design.
Lead project delivery, track progress, and provide status updates to clients.
Handle client interactions effectively to understand business needs and deliver value-added services.
Mentor and manage the development team, ensuring project milestones are met.
