About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Online Developer with strong expertise in SPFx, CSOM, and a foundational understanding of SharePoint Online administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions while ensuring platform governance, performance, and compliance. This role requires a mix of hands-on development, SharePoint Online configuration, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

What You'll Do:
- SharePoint Development:
- Design, build, and deploy SPFx web parts, extensions, and client-side solutions.
- Develop custom workflows, integrations, and automation using PowerShell, CSOM, REST APIs, and PnP Framework.
- Build modern SharePoint Framework solutions using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and related toolchains.
- Implement branding, UI customizations, and portal enhancements for SharePoint Online.
- SharePoint Online Administration:
- Manage and configure SharePoint Online sites, site collections, permissions, and security groups.
- Support governance policies, compliance, DLP, retention labels, and audit configurations.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint Online performance and service-related issues.
- Assist with tenant-level configurations, term store management, and content migration.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
- Participate in code reviews, solution design workshops, and architectural decisions.
- Document solutions, processes, and technical architecture.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 68 years of experience in SharePoint Online development & customization.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- SPFx (React, TypeScript, Node.js)
- CSOM / JSOM, REST API, Graph API
- PnP PowerShell (or PowerShell scripting)
- Solid understanding of SharePoint site architecture, content types, lists, libraries, permissions, and search.
- Experience with SharePoint Online administration, including configuration, governance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Modern Experience and M365 ecosystem.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with other M365 services (Power Automate, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical implementations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
