Job Description

Role Overview:

SharePoint Specialist to support the migration of content from SharePoint to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

While the migration itself will be handled by a separate team, this role is critical in ensuring access to and organization of SharePoint-based content, particularly for Mutual Fund and ETF websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide access and support for SharePoint sites hosting Mutual Fund and ETF content.
  • Identify and document master pages and their corresponding URLs.
  • Ensure SharePoint access is available for all required master and admin URL pages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate SharePoint content dependencies.
  • Maintain a structured inventory of SharePoint assets relevant to the migration.
  • Work closely with the migration team to ensure content readiness and accessibility.
  • Troubleshoot access issues and coordinate with IT or SharePoint admins as needed.
  • Extract and export data from SharePoint lists and libraries as required for migration readiness.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience working with SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises).
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, clusters, and administration.
  • Experience in managing SharePoint permissions, site collections, and user access.
  • Proficiency in exporting and organizing data from SharePoint lists and libraries.
  • Ability to navigate and extract content from SharePoint pages and metadata.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Mutual Fund or ETF domain is a plus. Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting content migration projects.
  • Basic understanding of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) not for execution, but for context.
  • Knowledge of metadata tagging and content governance.
