Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer / Solution Designer with strong expertise in SharePoint development, solution design, content management, and governance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and managing SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, content types, metadata, managed properties, and taxonomy.

The candidate should be proficient in SharePoint security, permissions management, content governance, document lifecycle management, content migration, and PnP PowerShell automation. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize SharePoint solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and content types.
• Manage metadata, managed properties, taxonomy, and content structures to support effective information management.
• Implement SharePoint security, access permissions, content governance, and document lifecycle management practices.
• Plan and execute content migration activities while ensuring data integrity and metadata consistency.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PnP PowerShell for SharePoint administration and migration activities.
• Optimize SharePoint performance and troubleshoot technical issues related to configuration, permissions, content, and functionality.
• Ensure adherence to SharePoint development standards, security guidelines, and governance best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective SharePoint solutions.

Qualification & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in SharePoint development and solution design.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, content types, metadata, managed properties, and taxonomy.
• Experience in SharePoint security, permissions, governance, and document lifecycle management.
• Practical experience in content migration, PnP PowerShell, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
