Your Role:

The Systems Administrator/ Developer SharePoint will work as a key liaison with Business, Security, Operations and Architecture stakeholders to support and administer the existing SharePoint Online/2019/2016 Infrastructure.The candidate should have a technical background with experience with SharePoint Online and on-premise & operations and development techniques

Administration of SharePoint Online & OneDrive across multiple geolocations.

Working with server-side administration and troubleshooting of SharePoint Server on-prem.

Form creation using PowerApps and workflow development using PowerAutomate.

Development of new custom user interfaces within SharePoint using SPFx, and support of legacy custom interfaces built using Infopath & HTML/Javascript

Migrations from SharePoint on-prem to SharePoint Online.

Ability to implement, administer and maintain multiple SharePoint farms.

Design and maintain key performance metrics for all SharePoint sites and regularly report them to management with recommendations for improvement.

Managing the site layout structure and content. Experience in managing site rights and permissions.

Deploying, configuring, and managing new site collections and associated sub-sites.

Managing content databases and creating new ones as required.

Experience with planning and organizing SharePoint administration activities.

Experience with SharePoint workflow, Nintex workflow, & content management.

Experience with monitoring usage, including access, load, and usability issues.

Demonstrate effective teamwork and working relationships with others. Demonstrate a self-directed approach to learning new technologies in the field; pursue professional development.

Take personal ownership (going beyond assigned tasks to make projects better, identifies and reports issues, demonstrates strong concern for client and initiatives).

About You:

The successful candidate is an energetic and effective team contributor with a passion for solution development, new technologies and automation. Must have familiarity with best practices in system management, and confidence in administering large SharePoint environments.

Required Experience

5 years experience in related field, with at least 3 years as a SharePoint administrator.

Experience using and building workflows and integrating SharePoint with external systems.

Experience with modern web development techniques, and experience with building web user interfaces.

Knowledge of good SharePoint governance practices, including the use of SharePoint sand-boxes

Knowledgeable of the differences between sites, site collections, workspaces, web parts, document libraries, and lists as they relate to SharePoint and know when and how to use them.

Knowledge and experience with SharePoint customization using Site Definitions, SharePoint Templates and development of custom web parts.

Proven SharePoint administration capability. Certification is a plus.

Technical Skills

SharePoint Online / O365

Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019

PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, MS Teams

HTML, CSS, SCSS, JQuery, JavaScript, NodeJS

React and knowledge of the SPFx development stack is highly desirable.

Microsoft SharePoint Designer

Microsoft InfoPath

REST & SOAP.

Experience in Nintex Workflow would be advantageous.

Experience with Azure functions would be advantageous.

IIS Web Server, SQL Server, Windows PowerShell

Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

SharePoint Certification and training

Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and training
