Job Description:
Description: We are looking for a strong Sharepoint developer, who can Develop and implement SharePoint solutions based on business requirements, including configuring web parts and building custom workflows. Strong understanding of the SharePoint platform, including SharePoint Online and on-premises versions. Proficiency in .NET framework, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SQL Server
Education:
- Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of development and design experience in Sharepoint
- Preferably certified Sharepoint Developer
- Should have good experience in Sharepoint Development
- Experience on REST APIs
Technical Skills
- Should have development and design experience in C#, SQL
- Good knowledge on SharePoint Administration/Configuration of Services
- Should have knowledge in PowerShell Scripts
- Should have good skills in IIS, Hosting, Web Application Pool, Account Permissions
- Good to have SPFx experience
Functional Skills
- Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
- Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
- Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
Soft Skills
- Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience
- Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
- Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
