Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer on a contract basis to manage and enhance our on-site SharePoint environment. The role focuses on organizing healthcare and IT documents, SOPs, policies, and compliance-related content, ensuring secure access and efficient document workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and document libraries.
- Organize and manage SOPs, IT documentation, and policies.
- Create workflows and automation using Power Automate and related tools
- Implement document versioning, metadata, retention, and approval workflows.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Manage user permissions and access control to meet security and compliance standards.
- Support SharePoint integrations with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support SharePoint solutions during the engagement.
- Provide documentation and handover at project completion.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 experience.
- Strong background in document management and SOP governance.
- Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of healthcare and IT compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience managing permissions and secure access.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare IT or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, data privacy, or IT compliance standards.
- Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certification.
