Role: SharePoint Developer (Nintex & Power automate)

Core Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end migration of Nintex Workflows to Power Automate.
- Design, develop, and deploy complex Power Automate flows with advanced error handling and premium connectors.
- Build and publish high-quality Power Apps (Canvas) integrated with SharePoint lists.
- Manage and configure modern SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and features.
- Collaborate with business users to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Required Technical Expertise
- Microsoft Power Automate (Flow): Deep experience with complex, multi-stage flows and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Power Apps: Strong background in building and customizing Canvas Apps.
- Nintex Experience: Hands-on experience developing and migrating Nintex Workflows (SharePoint or O365).
- SharePoint Online: Solid understanding of modern architecture, lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Communication: Proven ability to work as an individual contributor and liaison with the business.
Good to Have Skills
- SPFx (SharePoint Framework): Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and developing production-ready web parts (React/Angular).
- Experience with Nintex Forms.
