Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to build scalable intranet portals, workflows, and integrations using SharePoint Online/On-Prem and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Prem solutions
- Develop and maintain SPFx components, web parts, and extensions
- Create and customize lists, libraries, site collections, and pages
- Implement Power Automate workflows for business process automation
- Work with Power Apps to build forms and applications integrated with SharePoint
- Configure permissions, security, and governance policies
- Integrate SharePoint with external systems using REST APIs
- Perform migrations from legacy systems or older SharePoint versions to SharePoint Online
- Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and provide production support
- Collaborate with business users, architects, and QA teams in Agile delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer
- Strong experience in SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2016 / 2019
- Hands-on experience with SPFx, TypeScript, React
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and security concepts
- Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and best practices
