MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Development of SharePoint Customized Webparts

support ongoing and past developments

Collaborate with global teams on service delivery

Monitor quality standards and compliance

Strong experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS Experience with React (preferred for SPFx development)

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

BE/B.Tech/ BSC IT/BCA/MCA or related field

3-5 years of experience in SharePoint Development in SPFx Tech

Experience in 0365 Applications (Powerapps & Power Automate) implementation (preferred) Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

SKILLS & QUALITIES:

Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills with effective project and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task are essential.

Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Basic knowledge of automation or digital tools.

Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools is an advantage.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Maintaining high confidentiality Good MS Office Skills (Excel/Word/Power point)

KPI:

≥90% on-time acceptance of BRDs, process maps, analysis reports

Stakeholder satisfaction score ≥4/5 quarterly

≥90% Adoption Rate
