SharePoint Content Manager

-Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint sites within the cloud-based SharePoint Online platform.

-Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and conduct research to understand intranet user needs.

-Develop and implement content strategies for the SharePoint platform.

-Develop custom lists, sites, and document libraries ensuring adherence to best practices.

-Analyze technology environments, document requirements, and provide project management capabilities.

-Apply understanding of software development lifecycle, with exposure to AGILE and SCRUM methodologies.

-Solve problems, debug, and troubleshoot issues in SharePoint environments.

-Work effectively in a distributed team environment and coordinate with multiple content partners.

-Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

-Collaborate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.

-Be self-motivated, work independently, and take initiative.
