Job Description

8+ years of relevant experience in Viva Connections & Viva Engage Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing employee experience solutions using Microsoft Viva Connections and Viva Engage.

sConfigure and manage Dashboard cards, News, Feed, and Resource

sIntegrate SharePoint Online as the content backbone for Viva Connection

sEnable role based and geo based personalization of dashboards and resource

sSupport intranet modernization and migration initiative

sEnsure branding, navigation, and UX alignment with enterprise standard

sViva Engage (Employee Communities & Engagement

)Design and govern Viva Engage communities (formerly Yammer

)Define community structures, roles (admins, moderators), and usage guideline

sEnable leadership communication, campaigns, Q&A, events, and Storyline

sMonitor and moderate content to ensure compliance and qualit

yDrive engagement initiatives and community adoption program

sGovernance, Security & Complianc

eDefine governance models for Viva Connections and Engag

eConfigure roles, permissions, and access control

sEnsure alignment with M365 security, compliance, and retention policie
