Job Title: SharePoint Administrator Role Description: Provide technical expertise for SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online support Provide technical expertise for Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management both Data center and Cloud Job Experience Requirements: Proven experience Microsoft 365 Proven Experience with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online (SPO) Proven Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) both Data center and cloud Experience in Microsoft Low code platform, Survey monkey, Poppulo is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Ability to communicate technical terms and concepts to less technical audience and adjust communication as needed for audience
Job Responsibilities: Support SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online including in-house built application from the Microsoft low code platform Support Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) both data center and cloud Tier III support for global service desk for Microsoft 365 services Other duties as required Additional Details Work Time Zone: 2AM-11AM PST Interview Day/time preference: (Provide multiple slots) Morning PST
