Must-Have:
- Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Manage site collections, subsites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content types across the SharePoint environment.
- Conduct regular audits of SharePoint environments to ensure compliance, governance, and adherence to organizational policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related incidents, service requests, and changes in a timely manner, adhering to ITIL practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SharePoint-based solutions aligned to business needs.
- Monitor system health, capacity, and performance; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage and execute SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and patching activities with minimal business disruption.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including runbooks, SOPs, and configuration guides.
- Support integration of SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive.
- Provide end-user support and training on SharePoint features and best practices.
- Participate in change-management processes by raising and implementing RFC (Request for Change) tickets in line with organizational standards.
- Contribute to incident, request, and change reporting, providing accurate data for daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
