ROLE: Automation QA
DESIGNATION: SDET
LOCATION: Hyd/Chennai/Bangalore
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 7-8 Years
QUALIFICATIONS: B.E | B Tech | MCA

Responsibilities:
JD for QA requirement:
- 7 to 8 years of QA Experience, developing/implementing test strategies, test cases and scripts
- Collaborate & Work extensively with cross-functional development teams, including analysts, engineers, and QA.
- Must be able to work in an agile, dynamic, varied, and fast paced environment.
- Should have experience in writing manual test cases based on Acceptance test criteria
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Should demonstrate skills to Analyze logs, verify, reproduce and correct defects.
- Familiar with agile methodology scrum calls, retrospective, sprint planning, user story effort and point estimation
- Strong communication skills and should be able to co-ordinate with team on accomplishing tasks

Primary Skills:
- Strong programming expertise in Java (OOPs, Collections, Streams, Exception Handling)
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Page Object Model (POM), dynamic locators, and waits
Expertise in API testing using RestAssured, including JSON/XML parsing and API chaining
Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber and reporting tools such as Allure or Extent
- Exposure with API automation testing.
- Strong understanding of testing web services (APIs), UI using BDD for automation experience in creating frameworks/enhancing frameworks is required
- Expertise in build tools like Maven, Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, Source code management tools: GIT/Bit bucket, SVN is required
- Must have good experience in Core Java, Oops Concepts.
- Hands on understanding of DataBases and Knowledge on SQL.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to root cause complex issues is required

Secondary skills: (Good to have)
- Exposure with Robot Framework.
- Experience in design & development of automation frameworks is added advantage
