Your responsibilities
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in Cloud engineering, ML/AI concepts & technology.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and development of team members.
- Build and maintain AI solutions (ML serving, RAG, AI agents) in the cloud and integrate them with data sources and core systems
- Implement observability, performance tracking, cost monitoring, and rollback mechanisms for AI systems
Your profile
- Experience with ML/AI concepts (LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, guardrails) and technologies (e.g., SageMaker, LangChain, MCP)
- Strong expertise in CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), orchestration (Airflow), monitoring and tracing
- Confident with Python in cloud-native development on AWS (incl. EKS, Lambda), API development and relational as well as NoSQL databases
