Job Description
Overall responsibility of WizApp application in PAN India Stores, new edition and patches uploads, new programs introduce and live as per business requirement.
Responsible to take portals live to PAN India SFDC distributors & for master maintenance of SFDC Responsible for Reconcillation of Wiz app and SAP entries in new opened stores across PAN India Responsible for coordinating with IBM team for Support knowledge and resolved day to day support issue. Ensure all distributor account is configured before Salesforce go-live. Ensure all Inventory data is updated in salesforce after stock audit through salesforce Data loader Responsible for maintaining Manual Primary invoice updating in salesforce through salesforce data loader app. Configured Custome Report type and Create report in salesforce As required ,Assign to Distributor and User. Update and Monitor interface in SAP for SAP product masters & primary invoice data integrated with sales force successfully. Responsible for Co-ordinating with Business team & AO's for salesforce Go-live. Responsible to provide support for Wizapp HO application and POs client sites including Exhibition site Responsible for monitoring Store sales data files, Sales IDOC in SAP and GIT on daily basis and resolve Related issues like master error, Stock, etc and provide deficit & sales updates to Stores On daily basis Responsible to update Discount, Promotion in wizapp POS for Stores and Exhibition site. Provide Support for Inventory, Printer, Scanner, Sales invoice .Credit note & GRN related issue. Co-ordinate with Wizapp team for POS new version update at HO and location and other configuration related changes. Responsible to implemented Stock adjustment feature in POS for all store to reduce sap and POS inventory difference. Responsible for arranging hardware & license for POS second terminal and configure the same Troubleshoot and resolve salesforce sales data and tally import issue.
