• Strategic Fuel Procurement: Formulate procurement strategy for imported coal, pet coke, and indigenous coal.
• Optimization & Synergy: Drive standardization of specs, vendor rationalization, and economies of scale for cost-effective sourcing.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track and manage solid fuel inventory.

Job Context

Preparation of Fuel cost sheet for different types of fuel for all 9 units at business level (over 100 costings per month) Prepare and Float RFQ to all vendors Collection of offers from Suppliers & preparation of comparison chart Preparation & distribution of PO, PO amendments if any. Coordination with imported and Indigenous supplier for supplies, payments etc. Maintaining various procurement data.
