Job Purpose

To lead and manage all finance, accounting, and commercial functions of the unit ensuring financial discipline, statutory compliance, cost optimization, and accurate reporting aligned with organizational objectives. System & procedure in commercial & Financial function to enable management control for achieving targets with effective implementation of MIS, Taxation, budgeting, insurance, legal & statutory requirement for smooth

Major Challenges: -

• To keep abreast with the changes in tax and other statutory and legal compli ances to avoid any noncompliance
  
  

and liability.

• To improve Financial awareness of employees to utilize new and exis ting software with accuracy mentioning
  
  

proper GL Code, Cost Centre, budget forecast and expenses.

• To keep the manufacturing cost within defined budgets considering ever increasing material cost.
• To cater the manpower deficiency as per new structure and shifting of manpower to UKSC by effectively
  
  

utilizing existing manpower.

• Ensuring accuracy/ timely compliance in view of the high volume of transa ctions.
• Improper inventory planning by teams makes is difficult to process pro curement process speedily for
  
  

emergency requirement.

• To focus on cost management by developing alternate source of supplies of raw materials, interaction with
  
  

operations in developing alternate consumables, to optimize the cost of manufacturing on continual basis.

• Work with unit logistics team to increase back hauling between in-bound and out-bou nd logistics.
• To maintain optimum stock considering the limited storage space.
