Position Title-SH CSR
Designation - Dy Manager/Manager - CSR
Qualification: MSW / Any Master Degree
Preferable - MSW
Job Purpose: To identify the needs of the villagers in the focus areas like Education, Health, Infrastructure, Social Wellbeing & Sustainable livelihood of the people, design and execute plans for the rural development, coordinate with the Government agencies and other NGO's in implementation of different schemes to transform the villages into roll Model villages.
Key Result Areas / Accoutabilities | Supporting Actions |
To conduct base line survey of the villages | Prepare questionnaires / schedules Collect the information from the villages Analyse the Study Identify the needs of the village based on survey |
To provide sustainable livelihood programmes | Study the occupation details of the villages Study the existing livelihood means Improve the existing means of livelihood Identify the alternate means of livelihood Identify the faculty and arrange training programme for sustainable livelihood Identify the beneficiaries & organize training Evaluate the impact of alternate sustainable livelihood programmes |
To improve the Health of the villages | Study the occurance of diseases Identify the route causes of ill health Eliminate the possible causes by awareness programmes and other activities Organise special medical camps Conduct regular mobile medical camps Record the vaccination and achieve maximum vaccination coverage. |
To develop the infrastructure in the villages | Identify the community buildings Evaluate the status of infrastructure Propose for New infrastructure needed Coordinate with government Approach funding agencies for funds Execution of sanctioned projects |
To improve the education levels in the villages | Study the literacy levels of the village Encourage the adult education Promote the education Identify the training requirement of teachers Organise training programme Organise counseling camps to students Monitor the scholarship and hostel facilities provided by the government |
To deal with Social Issues of the villages | Identify the social evils of the society Organise awareness camps Promote social dowry less marriages Support social activities of the villages Support to weaker sections, Physically challenged and old aged prople |
To report the rural development activities | Prepare annual budgets and action plan Prepare monthly,quarterly and annual reports Monitor activity and date wise expenditure Prepare data for awards |
To deal with NGO's, Government Departments for fund mobilisation | Identify the different schemes available in government Identify the methodology followed by other NGO's in rural development Co-ordinate & actively participate in the developmental activities of government and other agencies |
