Job Description
Work with stakeholders and end-users to determine the functional requirements for the system within the SAP MM module
Responsible for making SAP MM Customization / Testing / Production support for business Requirements and Errors , issues in Day-to-Day works & Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentations Leverage business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement Configure the SAP MM system to meet the business requirements and conduct solution architecting workshops with business managers Provide general technical support in SAP support to WUK / WUSA business & MM business systems analysis and conduct SAP training as required Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals Enhance existing SAP processes and audit them for erroneous practices co-ordinate with IBM for SAP queries and business requirements in MM module and for all other modules case-to-case basis. Responsible to support / maintain and handle 3PL warehouse integrations to SAP Maintain and enhance SAP-POS integration and act as back-up for POS resource select jobs . To help business in SAP roles and authorizations thru use of SAP-GRC . Define and develop best practices, solution demonstrations, and functional configurations within the organization environment to support stakeholders and sales pursuits

Collaborate with stakeholders and endusers to identify and document functional requirements for the SAP MM modulebr Customize test and provide production support for the SAP MM module to address business requirements and resolve errorsbr Configure the SAP MM system to align with business needs ensuring optimal performance and functionalitybr Provide general technical support for SAPrelated issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operationsbr Coordinate with IBM to address SAP queries and business requirements ensuring effective communication and resolution on a casebycase basisbr Support and maintain 3PL warehouse integrations with SAP ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiencybr Enhance SAPPOS integration to improve business operations and support strategic objectives
