Work closely with the management

Job Description

Develop detailed financial models to help strategic and long-term planning.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial accuracy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimisation and revenue growth initiatives.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the management.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain financial integrity.
Ad hoc financial projects and provide insights on potential investment opportunities within the real estate sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SGM - FP&A should have:

A strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven expertise in financial planning.
Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with the property and real estate industry is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
