As part of the Springreen Graduate Engineering Program 2026, selected candidates will work alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects involving web applications, AI integrations, enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and modern software architecture.

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and highly motivated graduates who are eager to build a career in software engineering.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, a learning mindset, and a solid foundation in modern web development technologies. Candidates will gain hands-on exposure to full-stack application development, cloud deployment, API integrations, AI-enabled applications, and enterprise-grade software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, Express.js, Python, and related technologies.
• Create and optimize REST APIs and microservices.
• Work with MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud databases.
• Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, AI services, and enterprise APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and agile development processes.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams.
• Contribute to innovative product development initiatives within Springreen.
