Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in SFTP / Secure File Transfer protocols
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems
- Knowledge of SSH, key-based authentication, encryption mechanisms
- Experience in scripting (Shell / Bash / PowerShell)
- Understanding of network fundamentals (ports, firewalls, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Experience in production support / L2-L3 support environments
Good to Have Skills
- Exposure to Managed File Transfer (MFT) tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) file transfer services
- Knowledge of automation / scheduling tools (Control-M, Autosys, Cron)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO, GDPR, etc.)
