Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with experience in Salesforce Service Cloud testing to ensure the quality and reliability of customer service and CRM applications. The candidate will be responsible for functional, integration, regression, and automation testing across Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Perform functional, regression, integration, SIT, and UAT testing for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
Validate workflows, case management, omnichannel, CTI integrations, knowledge base, and service console functionalities.
Execute API and interface testing between Salesforce and external systems.
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders during sprint cycles.
Support release validation and production deployment activities.
Prepare QA status reports and testing metrics.
Required Skills
Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud testing.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ALM.
Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman.
Understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, profiles, permissions, and integrations.
Experience in automation testing is an added advantage.
Good analytical and communication skills.
