• Should have good Salesforce Experience
• Excellent Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Service Cloud features
• Should be able to recommend best practices around design and development
• Must be able to lead and mentor the team in designing and review of code guide and encourage the team to follow these best practices
• Should have hands working knowledge of various tools like LWC Aura Apex Visualforce etc
• Should have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated enterprise application
• Maps the project life cycle with the project manager and Manages rollout and postdeliverable strategy
• Experience in planning estimation delivery model customer facing roles and effective client interaction skills
