Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Create, schedule, test, and optimize email journeys, automations, and campaigns.
  • Develop responsive email templates using HTML/CSS and ensure cross-device compatibility.
  • Perform audience segmentation, personalization, and data management for targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain database hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
  • Support WhatsApp Business and other digital marketing campaigns when required.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Good understanding of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and audience segmentation.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template creation and editing.
  • Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing concepts.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience handling email marketing campaigns for reputed brands or startups.
  • Basic understanding of SEM, social media marketing, and campaign reporting is a plus.
