Key responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute personalized campaigns across
Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp, with strong
cross-channel integration knowledge.
- Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio and Interaction Studio.
- Create dynamic, responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
- Develop SQL queries for data segmentation, extraction, and reporting.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party systems.
- Implement marketing automation using Automation Studio.
- Develop custom scripts using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML and CSS to enhance personalization and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on Marketing Cloud capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, releases, and best practices.
