SFDC Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for Salesforce applications
• Validate Salesforce functionalities across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and custom implementations
• Perform Functional Regression Integration System UAT and End to End testing
• Test Salesforce workflows approval processes validation rules reports dashboards and automation
• Validate integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs middleware and third party systems
• Perform data migration and data validation testing
• Execute API testing for Salesforce integrations
• Identify log track and verify defects using defect management tools
• Collaborate with Business Analysts Developers Administrators and Product Owners
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvements
• Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics
